Extremely rude cashier. Was ticked I didn't use the kiosk. I only needed two lattes. One person in line. Told her I didn't want to use kiosk. "Well, you can wait", to which I responded " Well, you can be nicer". It was a drive by on the way to Nashville, so I won't be there again anytime soon anyway, but I'm from Memphis and I can tell you, nobody's ever been so irritated to have a customer in line, in any of the McD's there. Someone else took my order. She moved to the drive through window. She might consider a job that doesn't require customer service.
The bathroom was atrocious. It definitely needed some attention. It smelled as though one of the drains had backed up and there was a mess on the walls and floor. That being said, the staff was slow but friendly. The food was what you would expect from a McDonald's. Not a bad stop as you can order from their in-store kiosks and enjoy their festive spirit, just don't use the restrooms. Conveniently located in conjunction with a Shell Gas Station.
Best sweet tea around my nuggets were hot the tea was cold and the servers were very nice
I ordered a two cheeseburger meal and an extra cheeseburger, got down the highway and bit into a meatless meal. Only top bun, bottom bun, pickles, onions, and mustard; no meat. 10 miles into my drive home and my family and I were upset at the absence of meat from our meal. Please check your orders before you leave any drive thru restaurant including fountain drinks.
Good location just off the interstate on exit 108. After the remodel dining area seemed smaller and a bit smaller. Usually fast friendly service
